Description

When there Python modules with invalid namespace names in the Python project directory, an error occurs. Invalid package namespace names are simply adopted.

Expected behavior

When a directory or a Python module has an in valid namespace name, it is ignored.

Actual behavior

When a directory or a Python module has an in valid namespace name, an InvalidNamespaceError occurs. Directories lead to no error; they are accepted silently so that a.b/c.py would be treated as the module a.b.c.
