If there are a Python module and package with the same name in the same directory, such as module.py and module/, a jcloud_docsgen.exceptions.NamespaceExistsError occurs.

Expected behavior

As a module takes precedence over a package, the package namespace should not tried to be added, which would prevent from raising this error. This is also the way Python does it in: importing module when there are module.py and module/ imports module.py
