Prevent text selection on SVG controls

Summary

Prevent SVG-based UI controls from triggering text selection or
long-press selection gestures on touch devices.

Changes

  • Make the shared UIIcon container non-selectable.
  • Keep regular text content selectable.
  • Add focused UIIcon test coverage.

Implementation

The fix is applied centrally in UIIcon.vue so all existing SVG
icon usages receive the same behavior without duplicating CSS across
individual controls.
